1. Early Magazine Covers - They were drawn on or inc was used. They were black and white. Also used a lot of words.
2. The Poster Cover - First to have color. They used pictures of mostly people. Huge pictures with not a lot of words.
3. Pictures Married to Type - These had a lot of fashion. A good amount of color. They also used them to get the word out about business.
4. In the Forest of Words - These just seem to be about gossip. Also used a lot of celebrities in the pictures.
